Return Policy

Standard Warranty: can be returned for store credit or replacement, you must submit RMA within the specified warranty period.

Replacement Only Warranty: may only be returned for a replacement, you must submit RMA within the specified warranty period.

Manufacturer Only Warranty: cannot be returned to Quad Source. These items are covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty. For information about the manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the terms and conditions for the manufacturer's warranty or contact the manufacturer.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy: may only be returned for a replacement, you must submit RMA within 7 days after receiving the items.

Please note, Quad Source's DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:

1.      Note any damages on the receipt.

2.      Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Quad Source for freight claim processing.

3.      For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible.

4.      Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.

 

Overall Return Guidelines

All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

Ø  All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ø  You must request a return within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated above.

Ø  Products that are received by Quad Source Canada Inc. in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

§  Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

§  Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

§  Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

§  Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

§  Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.

§  Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.

§  Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please check DOA policy above for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return.

Restocking Fees

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price for non-defective products. Quad Source may assess the restocking fees against the customer's account or deduct the fees from the store credit amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. Quad Source reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

For wrong products that are sent due to Quad Source’s reasons, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period.

In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Quad Source Canada Inc. will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

 

How to Create a Return

1.      Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number:

Ø  Online: Login and click here if your RMA item(s) is/are ordered online – view order(s) – click “RMA”

Ø  Online: Login and click here if your RMA item(s) is/are ordered through email/phone/in store

Ø  Paper-based: click here

2.      Fill out the RMA form as much details as you can (it helps to speed up your process)

3.      Submit online or email rma@quadsource once finished to obtain a RMA#

4.      Place returning item(s) in secured packaging

5.      Mark the RMA# clearly on your return package

Packaging Returns

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you.  

Processing

Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to process after being received. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

Refunds / Store Credit

Refunds N/A.

Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued to your Quad Source account. Original copy of invoice is important.  If fail to provide the original invoice, the credit will be issued based on the lowest price from all your invoices.

Replacements

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need pay the difference if there is any,
If Quad Source no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Quad Source will issue you a store credit.


Product Return Procedures

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable return period for the product (described above). Quad Source will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA#. Once issued, RMA# is valid for 15 days within which time returned products must be received by us. RMA# will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA# on the shipping label as well as the RMA invoice on the box(s) containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Quad Source. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-sealable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, our Return Procedure will be breached and we may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). We will not refund the original shipping charges to the Customer. In addition, Quad Source may assess a 20% restocking fee against the Customer's account or deduct the fee from the store credit amount on all returns, subject to the Quad Source Canada Inc. Return policy and any product-specific policy. We reserve the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the 15% - 30% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
